I started off as an investor, then as a partner in real estate development in CA over 30 years ago. Over 21 years ago I became a licensed Realtor and have acquired in depth experience working with international investors, commercial acquisitions, home buyers/sellers, short sales and pre-foreclosure transactions. My skill set includes contract negotiations, market research, project management, team building across functional relationships and providing the necessary information so that my clients are able to make educated decisions.

Finding the right home or investment property incorporates market knowledge and financial resources, time and patience. Selling a home incorporates knowledge of market trends and the goals of the Seller. In either case, it is important for your Realtor to take the time to understand You! After Robin Levine helped me buy my dream condo, I listed my farm with her and Paul. Together they both worked hard to find the best offer. They topped the charts on integrity, honestly, calm-demeanor, support, responding to my calls, negotiating the best prices, and they had my back throughout the difficult process of downsizing. I only worked with Robin, but she was great. She was very helpful with the many questions I had and always extremely professional. I could contact her any time of day with various questions and she would always respond. Robin and Paul were excellent listeners. We were first time sellers. They walked us through the process meeting every detail. Robin traveled a total of 100 miles to stage our home.
They were kind and encouraging. We had lived in the same house 40 years and needless to say had a lot of “stuff”. The task seemed impossible. Our first encounter with Robin and Paul was July 25. Offers on our home was August 18. There were only 3 showings and our home sold $5000 more! I liked the proactive approach of an inspection done before the house went on the market which allowed us to get our home in shape. Robin certainly did her homework and was aware of the buyers realtor. She was very respectful to both sides and stated we all want a good outcome. I will say when the buyer put extra demands she showed her knowledge and certainly her skills at being the buyers advocate
